Not sure what the reviews grumbling about assembly are about - it took no time at all and allows you to arrange the feathers just so. With the fan on in my office, the feathers move ever so slightly, reminding me of palm fronds in a summer breeze.

Im very happy with this light fixture. As far as light fixtures go it wasnt too difficult to install. I like that you can adjust the light heights and the glass domes area easy to move if you want to simply change up the look.
