The product came well packaged and all parts present. I installed it flat against the wall within 25 minutes ( not a handy man ??). It feels solid and well made not cheap. I would actually recommend this to others.????

Okay. I did award this gem 5 stars for easy to install because it is, unless youre working with a can light fixture in the tiniest crevice if your attic ?? replacing a can light with this chandelier isnt fun. HOWEVER. It is beautiful and worth the effort. Putting together is a project. Its a puzzle and pretty satisfying but also pretty infuriating if you start it out all wrong and have to redo things early on (and I did. Instructions on assembly of crystals didnt click for me right away)
